An ex-army officer Capt. Sunil Manchanda served Indian Army as a captain for 8 years. During his stint with armed forces, he accomplished various tasks and performed numerous duties pertaining to security, surveillance, administration, and intelligence. As GM Security at Som Pro he is responsible for the flawless operations of the department. Prior to joining our team Capt. Manchanda has served some of the well-known government as well private organisations like Cement Corporation of India, Vijaya Bank, Reliance Media Works, Vatika Hotels, and Advance India Projects Pvt Ltd in handling security operations in various capacities.
A certified security operations professional with 15 years of accomplished experience in security and operations. He specializes in 360 degree site survey, client handling, manpower deployment, and security training. Devendra leads the responsibility for all aspects of security and operations including team management & development as well as overall security operations.
Mr. Rajkumar Jha
Mr. Rajkumar Jha serves as a Head Payroll & HR with over 20 years of experience with 20 years of experience in managing a full spectrum of human resource functions, programs, and services. Prior to joining the team, he worked in various organisation handling various aspects of HR including payroll administration, full employee life-cycle support, performance management, employee relations, policy and procedure development, and guidance on employment law compliance.
Mr. Alok Kumar Jha
Bringing over 15 years of HR experience to the team. Prior to joining Som Pro, he managed the Payroll and Compliance function in small to mid-size companies in industries including security, and BPO/KPO services. Currently, Alok Kumar Jha is serving as an escalation point for payroll and related administrative compliance activities. His areas of expertise include payroll execution, compliance and related best practices.

As a head of parking services he is responsible for leading the team of project managers and maximise the quality of the parking service operations & delivery. Rakesh holds an extensive level of knowledge and experience in parking operations, client handling, vendor management and budgeting.

With experience of more than 14+ Sunil Kumar works with us as Senior Manager Soft Services and looks after all the aspects of making a premises better place to work/reside in. He holds master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management & Catering technology from IHM Gwalior. Prior to joining Som Group he has worked in hotels & hospitality industry, BFSI and Mall Management in various positions.
Mr. Mukesh Lal
Mr. Mukesh Lal carries over 17 Years of diverse experience in General Administration, Security Management and Human Resources Management in Indian Army. His areas of subject matter expertise include security analysis & planning, handling of security equipment, resource training & development, Liaoning with government authorities and vendor management.
With more than 12 years of experience in Aviation, Corporate and Physical security, Jitendra had become an expert in security operations, administration, training, site surveys and team management. He is a Graduate in Arts and possess a strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
An MBA in HR. With his 7 years of post qualification experience in Human Resources, he has gained expertise in various HR activities such as Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Audits & Compliance, Team Management, ERP and System Optimization.
